A virtual assessment is free. In-person assessment fees vary by location: within 10km of our base is $85 + GST, within 20km is $105 + GST. Not sure which zone you're in? Contact us and we'll confirm.

Yes — most clients opt for a virtual walk-through via video call. It's quick, convenient, and gives us everything we need for a detailed quote.
Do I need to be at the property for the virtual assessment?
Yes, someone needs to be on-site to show our team the layout of the property and the volume of items.
How long does it take?
Most virtual assessments take 5–10 minutes, while in-person assessments may take slightly longer depending on the property. We'll follow up with a quote soon after.
What if I need extra help with packing or storage?
