A flat fee of $52 applies only if your move uses a toll road — no toll, no charge.
We set minimum hours for both standard moving jobs and pack & wrap jobs, so pricing stays fair and predictable. After the minimum is met, we bill in convenient half-hourly increments — you're never paying for time you don't use.
Timing starts when we arrive at your pick-up and stops once the job is complete.
We reserve a dedicated time slot and crew for every booking, so we ask for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel.
If less than 48 hours' notice is given, we charge 3 hours of work at your booked hourly rate to cover the reserved time.
Moving between 5pm and 9pm? A one-mover team carries an additional $50/hour + GST; a two-mover team is an additional $100/hour + GST.

Payment is due once the job is complete — for multi-day moves, each day is paid on completion of that day's work.
We accept cash and most major credit/debit cards (not Diners or American Express). Unpaid accounts incur a $45/day administrative fee.
For our crew's safety and wellbeing, we don't work past 7pm. If your move means belongings stay in our vehicle overnight, we have measures in place to keep them secure until delivery continues.
