How much does an on-site assessment cost?
A virtual assessment is free. In-person assessment fees vary by location: within 10km of our base is $85 + GST, within 20km is $105 + GST. Not sure which zone you're in? Contact us and we'll confirm.
Can I choose a video assessment instead of an in-person visit?
Yes. Most clients choose the free video call — it's quick and gives us everything we need for a detailed quote. If you'd prefer someone to see the property in person, we can book an in-person visit instead.
Do I need to be at the property for the virtual assessment?
Yes — you'll walk us through the property on your phone or tablet, so you (or someone you trust) will need to be there during the call.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of your property and how much you're moving. A video call for a smaller home is usually short; larger homes and offices take a little longer. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
What if I need extra help with packing or storage?
Just let us know during the assessment. We offer packing, unpacking and packing materials, and can arrange storage through our trusted third-party partners.
